Nolastray Holdings Pty Ltd uses the information collected through the affiliate program to review applications, manage onboarding, administer affiliate access, track referrals, support approved commissions, prevent misuse, and maintain program records.
1. Information We Collect
- Identity and contact information, including name, email address, phone number, city, region, and country.
- Professional information, including background, public professional links, planned promotional channels, and expected customer types.
- Program records, including application status, document status, Affiliate ID, assigned offer, support requests, referral tracking, and commission-related records.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as device, browser, access, error, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Review and process affiliate applications.
- Send onboarding, document, status, support, and program communications.
- Create and manage affiliate accounts, tracked links, referral records, and evidence.
- Apply program rules, investigate exceptions, protect the program, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain legal, accounting, audit, and operational records where required.
3. Who May Access Information
- Authorized Nolastray personnel and approved service providers may access information only when needed for their assigned role.
- Information may be processed by approved website hosting, database, workflow automation, payment, electronic-signature, email, security, and support providers.
- Nolastray does not provide affiliate application information to unrelated advertisers for their own marketing.
4. Retention
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the affiliate program, manage disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, protect the business, and maintain an audit trail. Final retention periods must be approved before publication.
5. Your Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting privacy@nolastray.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-management reasons.
6. Security
Nolastray uses administrative, technical, and organizational controls intended to protect affiliate information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries where Nolastray or approved service providers operate. Appropriate contractual and operational safeguards should be confirmed during legal review.
