Affiliate Program Terms Summary
This page is a plain-language summary. It does not replace the signed Affiliate Agreement, Commission Schedule, NDA, privacy notice, or other documents assigned to an affiliate. The signed documents control if there is any conflict.
1. Independent Affiliate Relationship
An affiliate is an independent referral partner. The relationship does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, authority to sign, or staffing through Nolastray Talent Solutions.
2. Authorization to Promote
An applicant may begin promoting only after Nolastray marks the affiliate status as Greenlit. Nolastray may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate access under the signed agreement.
3. Approved Offer
The approved pilot offer is the Scale Readiness Review. The affiliate may promote only the offer, pricing, checkout link, claims, and materials expressly approved by Nolastray.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
The affiliate must use approved language, identify qualified prospects, use the assigned tracked link, provide accurate information, protect access links, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The affiliate must not change pricing, create discounts, negotiate terms, accept payment, deliver the review, provide professional advice on behalf of Nolastray, make guarantees, use spam or deceptive claims, collect credentials, access internal systems, or present themselves as staff.
6. Referral Tracking
The affiliate must use the assigned tracked checkout link. Attribution, duplicate referrals, late claims, missing tracking, and dispute handling are governed by the approved program rules and signed documents.
7. Commission
Commission eligibility, calculation, waiting periods, refund or chargeback treatment, approval, payment timing, currency, tax requirements, and clawback rules are governed by the signed Affiliate Agreement and Commission Schedule.
8. Confidentiality and NDA
The affiliate must protect non-public information received through the program. A separate NDA applies only when assigned. Public affiliate status does not grant access to protected NLMs, internal systems, customer data, or Vault IP materials.
9. Brand and Marketing Materials
The affiliate may use only approved Nolastray names, descriptions, logos, claims, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, and campaign assets. Written approval is required for variations.
10. Customer Information
The affiliate must not request or store customer passwords, banking credentials, card details, or unnecessary confidential records. Prospects should use Nolastray's approved website and payment process.
11. Support Model
Affiliate support is asynchronous through the approved website, email, and written resources. There are no ongoing team meetings or staff access.
12. Suspension and Termination
If suspended or terminated, the affiliate must immediately stop promotion, stop using Nolastray materials, and stop sharing the checkout link. Any remaining rights and obligations are determined by the signed documents.
